Material and production controls
We source raw materials from established suppliers. At every machine startup, our quality team checks dimensions and process parameters and prepares first-off samples for Level 3 PPAP submissions.
During each production run, the team regularly inspects samples using Marposs software and Mitutoyo measuring instruments. These checks, together with preventive machine maintenance, help maintain repeatability across high-volume orders.

Inspection and metrology
The metrology lab is equipped for CMM inspection, optical measurement, profile projection, surface roughness testing, and hardness testing.

Traceability and supply continuity
Every production lot has a documented history, including the raw material, production line, and machines used. Lot-specific inspection reports can be provided for customer review.
Before shipment, piece counters and weight controls verify package quantities. Packaging can be adapted to specific customer requirements.
