Custom turned parts and screw-machined components

A threaded fitting, a valve component, and a small-diameter pin place different demands on machining. Eredi Baitelli produces these and other custom turned parts in medium and high volumes.

Material, geometry, and dimensional requirements guide the machining process, with production cycles optimized for repeatability and competitive unit costs.

Materials we machine

  • Brass and specialty alloys

    Brass offers good machinability for high-volume production of fittings, valve components, and electrical parts. Leaded, low-lead, and lead-free alloys are available, including C38500 (CW614N) and C37700 (CW617N).

    Specialty alloys include lead-free ECO BRASS (UNS C69300), CUPHIN lead-free silicon brass, dezincification-resistant (DZR) brass, and ECOSI silicon brass.

  • Stainless Steel

    Available in AISI 303, 304, and 316L. These grades cover a range of corrosion-resistance requirements, with the grade specified according to the application and operating environment.

  • Free-Machining Steel

    Free-machining steel supports efficient screw machining of components with turned profiles, holes, and threads. Leaded grades are available for medium- and high-volume production.

  • Aluminum

    A lightweight option for precision turned components, with applications including electrical assemblies and plumbing and heating systems.

  • Bronze

    Bronze alloys are available for applications where friction and wear resistance are required.
